If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply contact us by email or phone within 2 days of merchandise receipt and we will arrange for merchandise return for item damaged in transit or for items damaged by manufacturer. If an error was made by us for your order, we will pay the shipping to and from your location, correct the error or give a full refund (including shipping costs). No other refunds will be issued.  We strive to provide clear and accurate information on pricing and available patterns, however sometimes patterns are discontinued and become unavailable. We will contact you if there are changes in pattern availability.
