All our merchandise is first quality and sent directly to us from the
manufacturer. If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply contact us
by email or phone (631-941-2845) within 2 days of order receipt and we
will arrange for merchandise return (for unopened and unused
merchandise)and for a refund. If an error was made by us for your
order, we will pay shipping to and from your location, correct the
error or give a full refund (including shipping costs). If you received
the correct order (in mint condition) but wish to return it, then a
shipping/processing fee will be charged. We strive to provide clear and
accurate information on pricing and available patterns, however,
sometimes patterns are discontinued and become unavailable. We will
contact you if there are changes in pattern availability.
